You can schedule a guided tour through our website by using the online tour scheduler, submitting a contact form, or calling our leasing team directly to set up an in-person or virtual tour.
Once you’ve chosen the apartment you’d like to lease, complete our online application, pay the application fee, and provide any required supporting documentation. All applicants are screened for credit, rental history, and income verification. If an applicant does not qualify, the holding fee will be refunded.
Most applications for Albion on Lake Cook are processed within 24–72 hours once all necessary documentation has been received.
We offer flexible lease options ranging from 6 to 15 months, depending on availability. Contact our leasing team for current lease terms and move-in dates.
